Native Twitch

Use Twitch channel tools

Send shoutouts, run polls, save live moments, manage rewards and settle Predictions for the selected channel.

Turn Native Twitch on

Turning Native Twitch off hides these pages and stops its automatic work. Saved templates, settings and history remain for the next time you turn it on.

  1. Choose the channel in the top bar and open Channel setup.
  2. Open Chat tools, turn on Native Twitch and save the change.
  3. Open Native Twitch in the Chat tools navigation, then choose Shoutouts, Polls, Clips & markers, Rewards & redemptions or Predictions.

Follow the action on the page

  • Shoutouts use the active bot account for Twitch's shoutout action. Automatic chat-message shoutouts use the public chat connection.
  • Polls, clips, markers, rewards, redemptions and Predictions use the selected channel's Twitch connection.
  • Rewards and Predictions require a Twitch Affiliate or Partner channel.
  • Use the ? button beside a page title for help without leaving the task you are doing.

When a result is uncertain

  1. Read the result shown on the page before repeating the action.
  2. Reload the same page to check Twitch's current state and recent results.
  3. Open Alerts if the page still needs attention.
  4. Send the page name, selected channel, approximate time and alert text to the server owner. Never send Twitch tokens or secrets.
