Manage rewards and viewer requests

Respond to waiting redemptions, manage BlokeBot rewards and create the next reward for your viewers.

Waiting requests appear first, with visible age cues for requests that are becoming stale.

Answer waiting requests first

  1. Open Unfulfilled redemptions and read the reward, viewer input and waiting age.
  2. Select Fulfil when the request is complete, or Cancel & refund when the viewer should receive their Channel Points back.
  • Blue means the request is under 2 minutes old.
  • Amber means it has waited from 2 minutes to under 5 minutes.
  • Red means it has waited 5 minutes or longer and needs attention.

Manage or create a reward

  • Rewards created by BlokeBot can be edited, enabled, paused or deleted here.
  • Rewards created elsewhere are shown read-only so BlokeBot does not take ownership of them.
  • Create a reward appears after the waiting requests and current reward list. Set its cost and viewer instructions, then choose Create reward.

When rewards are unavailable

  • Channel Points rewards require a Twitch Affiliate or Partner channel.
  • Use Reconnect to Twitch on this page when BlokeBot needs the selected channel's permission.
  • Reload before repeating a fulfil or refund when Twitch's result is unclear, then check Redemption history.
