Choose the tools your channel needs

Every Chat Tools feature is independently opt-in, so each channel can run only the tools it needs.

Start with every tool off

A new channel starts with all twelve Chat Tools features disabled: Shoutouts, Polls, Clips & markers, Rewards & redemptions, Predictions, Request boards, Play with viewers, Moments, Overlays, Guessing game, Points and Custom commands.

Channels migrated from an earlier BlokeBot release keep their effective feature behavior. Review their switches after upgrading rather than assuming the new-channel default was applied.

  • A disabled feature is hidden from navigation and does not accept chat commands, public-page actions, provider events or background work.
  • Disabling pauses the feature without deleting its saved configuration or data.
  • Re-enabling resumes from current state. BlokeBot does not replay commands, provider events or scheduled work missed while the feature was off.

Turn on only what the channel needs

Enabled switches add only their matching destinations and behavior; every other feature remains paused and hidden.
  1. Choose the correct channel and open Channel setup.
  2. Open Chat tools and turn on each feature this channel will use.
  3. Save the feature changes.
  4. Open the new navigation item and finish its settings before using it live.
