Set up and manage points

Configure points

1. Turn on Points.
2. Open Points Settings.
3. Select the point label.
4. Select the gambling chance.
5. Select the wait between gambles.
6. Review command words and bot replies.
7. Save the settings.

• Viewers can check points.
• Viewers can transfer points.
• Viewers can gamble points.

Watch-time points

• This is a connected-to-chat proxy, not measured video watch time. It starts off with no amount; choose a positive whole amount in Points Settings and save with watch-time points on.
• Wait a full five minutes after enabling or restarting the bot. Later five-minute intervals award only while the stream is live and the bot is connected.
• Each interval uses complete current chat membership, including lurkers and the broadcaster, excluding only the active bot. Just-joined people get the full amount; absent people get none.
• Offline, disconnected, or unavailable intervals are skipped without partial or catch-up awards. Check the settings status; later fresh intervals recover automatically.
• Balances and the normal ledger update without a public award feed, chat announcements, or a new point-gain trigger.
• Applying older Points settings without watch-time settings turns this off and clears the configured amount.

Manage balances

• Search for a viewer from the Points Dashboard.
• Check both names and the amount.
• Then choose the point adjustment.
• Adjustment: move points.
• Adjustment: add points.
• Adjustment: take points away.
• Use Recent changes to check adjustments and prizes.
• Use Delete balance only when the whole record must go.
